Da hong pao “Rock Oolong”

Wu yi yin cha also knows as Rock oolong. Grown in Wu yi shan which is a UNESCO world heritage site. With a long History of production "Rock Oolong" is the finest, most subtle and complex of all Oolong Teas. Brewing Tips : use a slightly cooler water temperature (~90-93) keep the steeping time less than 35-40 seconds. Oolong teas can be infused  (5-8 ) times, 3 and 4th being the best.  25g
