Matcha is a shaded and powdered green tea. Each tea leaf is specially selected & carefully hand-picked by Japanese farmers and granite stone-ground into a fine green tea powder.

 Ceremonial grade matcha contains the highest levels of antioxidants and natural sweetness from the
L-theanine (amino acid).
We offer two ceremonial grade of matcha :
 
(Matsukae) means ever green. Used for koicha ( thick tea) it is the highest grade of Matcha.
Notes: mellow, smooth,  deep flavor with an elegant aroma, vivid green color.

(Yume) means dream. This is our light ceremonial grade matcha. it is generally used for preparing (usucha) thin matcha.
