Wa Kocha (Japanese Red Tea)

(Wa kocha, 和紅茶) is literally "red tea." 
Our Wa kocha comes from Wazuka Prefecture and where it is carefully grown, and processed in our tea farm in the outskirts of Kyoto. 
 
Only around 300 tea farmers are producing black tea in Japan, and one of them is in Wazuka.
Wakoicha's light reddish liquor, earthy yet delicate sweet aroma is perfect as a breakfast tea, or an afternoon delight.
